Suites 117 is a deluxe two-room suite, completed June 2008, located in the two story Beachmere West building. Suite 117 is on the first floor.  This two room unit offers over 600Sq feet of space.
 
Enjoy the horizon & coastline ocean views from your livingroom or private balcony! A gas fireplace provides that extra touch on a cool night.  

This suite has a kitchenette and bathroom with spa shower & tub, heated floors and ample counter top space with 2 sinks. The living room area has a queen sofa bed for an extra guest(s), dining table & 32" LCD TV above the gas fireplace. Enjoy your favorite DVD or take in the sounds of the waves hitting the rocks beyond. 

The kitchenette offers an under the counter refrigerator/freezer, microwave and induction cook top will enhance your in room snacking enjoyment. You will find this unit fully stocked with all cooking dishware as well as coffee maker, toaster and wine glasses.

This is a Non Smoking room both inside and on the deck.
