IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ Complimentary Pastries & Breads in the Morning Receipt of a two-night deposit is required within 14 days of making your reservation. Reservation deposits must be made in U.S. Funds. Cancellation Policy: Deposits are refunded minus a $25.00 cancellation fee with proper notification. Otherwise, the entire deposit will be forfeited. For reservations of 7 nights or more, notice of cancellation must be received 21 days in advance. For reservations fewer than 7 nights, cancellation must be received 14 days in advance. The cancellation policy also applies to changes in your arrival/departure date which will result in your shortening your stay. You are responsible for your entire reservation. There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures. To qualify for Package prices, Packages must be requested prior to check-in. All rates are subject to prevailing Maine sales tax. Where space allows, each person above the maximum number posted in the room, will be charged $20.00 per night. Families with young children can be accommodated in a limited number of units. Porta-cribs are available at $15.00 per night. Cots $20.00 per night. There will be a $35.00 charge for all returned checks. Check-in time is 3:00 PM, Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Rates for the next year can be secured during the current year, however dates of season may vary, please inquire when making your reservations for the next season. Sorry...No Pets
